The 8 players continuing from the final step 1 and 8 players from Qualification (seeded 9-16) will play 4 games starting from scratch.
Top 8 of these players will continue to the final step 3
Players not continuing will be ranked 17-24 according to their positioning in the final step 2

Top 8 players from the final step 2.
There will be 4 matches, best of 3 games.
The 4 winners of the matches will continue to the final step 4.
The 4 losers of the matches will be ranked 13-16 according to their seeding in the final step 2

4 players from step 3 and 4 players from qualification seeded 5-8, will play 4 matches best of 3 games.
